The bartenders, cook & waitstaff are very friendly. The pub food is great. It's a fun place & Dawn definitely makes it that way. The duck strips need some improvement. The burgers are fantastic!

Excellent service from Dawn. Witty banter, drinks were made well and filled promptly. Nice menu, and the "Foghorn Leghorn" (pulled bbc chicken) sandwich was very good. Scratch-made fries were perfect. Conversation from the staff towards others was also pleasant, and the few remarks overheard (including one phone food order) also have me reason to smile. A+ Oh, and bathroom guy (Michael B)... If you get an erection from this bathroom, I feel for the lack of control you exhibit with your girl. Or watching most R rated movies. Or TV after 9pm...

The Thursday deal on wings is fantastic. Fun atmosphere and friendly staff with quickly prepared food is the rule here. Good beer selection.

This place is great! Decent food with super service. It is always a good time! How could it not be when your bartenders are so awesome! Had the Irish Cuban, corned beef was the best!

First time visitor to Brazen Head. Sat at the bar and ordered Poppers and a Diet to start. My wife and I both ordered burgers off the build your own burger menu. We both thought they were fantastic. Probably some of the best bar food we have ever had - and the burger ranks in the top 3 ever! Try the fried egg on the burger - it makes a difference. Wes the bartender was a great guy and a good sport with all my stupid jokes. Definitely would go back!

Wife and I stopped for a quick dinner and a couple of drinks. Burger was fantastic and the chicken sandwich my wife ordered was even better. Drinks were great as well. Never been let down here.

The burger and fries are probably the best I've ever had. Try to ignore the usual suspects sitting at the bar, drinking in the middle of the afternoon.

I'm torn between three and four stars for these guys. Everything was good- service, drinks, food- but nothing was remarkable. We got there, apparently, at the end of happy hour, as we snagged the last available table when we arrived but within a half hour, we were almost the only ones there. The crowd was obviously all regulars, as all of the patrons and bartenders seemed to know each other (it is a pretty small town, though, and I'm sure we stuck out like obvious tourists). Maybe I should have tried one of their bloody marys or another of their specialties, and my opinion might be swayed a little more. It's definitely worth another stop next time I'm in West Bend to see which way the opinion will swing. But for right now, they are definitely A-OK.

I revisited this place after many many years and many name changes. (The outlet pub was the previous name from the 80's) I Came here for drinks and meet up with old friends from WB. The fun people were here late were in a good mood. They put up with my overly friendly friend that actually introduced himself to everyone individually then remembered there names for the evening. Service was prompt, friendly bar staff. Don't let the restroom fool you. It's not what you think. PG 13. The collaged walls prevented vandals from punching holes in the wall. I guess it worked for me?...This time. BTW the hole in the girls room...... is not what you think neither. The door knob hit the wall. And nobody is peeking. The corner kitchen was closed before we got here but it looked clean. The craft draft selection here is pretty good 18 choices plus more in the coolers. Well staffed with two fast and friendly bartenders. 31/2015

Last night 4 of us went and tried bloody Mary's thought out West Bend to determine who offered the best! We judged on taste, chaser, condiment, and atmosphere! Hands down by all 4 of us this place took the gold! They were fabulous and the service as always was fantastic! Also we enjoyed their out door seating!

Great food, good drinks and a good rotation of bartenders. Great place to drink; love the fact that the bartenders can do a shot with you. Locals pretty much own this territory, but they're mostly harmless. However, for as many cops as Washington County has, there's a lot of users, abusers and two-time losers. Seriously, who did you think YOU were getting drunk with? Anyway, being I'm one of those losers, I'll say that I'd rather you buy me a drink here than me kick your ass, so come down to Brazen Head, blunch or dinner, and enjoy yourself. Look out for the cops and be sure to play NWA on the jukebox when they do their bar checks.

Non-smoking! -- Contrary to previous yelper comments. This was gonna direct we to a neighboring joint until I called and had a quick chat with Dawn (cool as he!!). Mentioned it was my birthday since I was bummed to be on the road for yet another personal holiday, and she had a sign on the door for me when I arrived! I had to search for a stool, but it had half-emptied in a short time. Honestly, I checked to see that I hadn't developed a malodorous presence - I don't think I was any problem. The RIBS SPECIAL was AWESOME! It was a large half-rack and it was so good that, if I got to come back tomorrow for my dinner, I'd order a DOUBLE. They were totally meaty and tender and were nearly flyin' off the bone. I love it when I get to order tots, too. Loves me some tots. The baked beans were like none other - it was a little cup of baked beans crossed with refried beans, and beans and rice. Don't get me wrong, there was no rice -- I just had fun trying to figure out with was in there. The brown ale was great -- don't remember what the name is. Oh yeah, did I mention that the ribs special was a measly $7.95. RUKM? Music was cool. People were cool - they bought me drinks for my birthday since I was that guy Dawn put the sign on the door for.

All joking aside- this place is awesome. I've never been disappointed. Probably the best burger ever. It's true. But don't let that stop you from trying other things on the menu - they are point-on every time. You have to be up for pub atmosphere. Seating is limited to the bar and a few small tables; it can get loud because of that but so worth it.

GREAT BLOODY MARYS! They allow smoking in this place, so I would NEVER go back during a busy time, but for a Bloody Mary in the afternoon when it's slow inside... definitely dude! The female bartenders are always great! The guy bartenders suck. Please remove sticks from asses before coming to work. Thanks!

Good bar food. Friday lunch crowd was tame, could have brought the kids, but I wouldn't recommend, it's a BAR - bar stools and pub tables made for adults, so let us have a place to get away from the underagers.
